How many cans can we make from what we have? Pick a flavor and enter the quantity on hand for any ingredient. Leave a row blank to treat it as unlimited. The ingredient that runs out first is marked, and the sellable figure allows for the overage set on the Run tab.
Volume to weight, and back. Type in either box and the other fills in, using the mean of the logged density readings for that ingredient. Ingredients with no readings can't be converted until a density is logged on the Densities tab.

Copackers dose by weight, so each ingredient measured in millilitres needs a density (g/mL). Log every measurement you take; the calculator uses the mean of the readings marked Use, so the figure tightens as readings accumulate. Untick a suspect reading to hold it out of the average without deleting it. Ingredients with no readings stay blank rather than being guessed.
Saved data
How saving works. Density readings live in two places. The file holds the shared record: everyone who opens it starts from those readings. This browser holds whatever has been entered since. Save densities into file (on the Densities tab, or below) produces an updated copy of this page with every reading baked in — replace the file on the server with it and the readings become permanent for everyone. Nothing is ever dropped by a save: readings only accumulate, and the average always runs over all of them.
Backup and transfer. Export copies this browser's can counts, settings and readings as text; import restores them. Recipes live in the page source and are not part of this.
